AdminDAP
AdminDAP is an additional administration software program for veterinary practices using a Windows NT network. The main parts of the program are:
Agenda
There is one column per person, divided in a morning and an afternoon table, conveniently arranged and easy to use. The main characteristics of the agenda are:
- easy to use date navigation
- duty report on telephone, emergencies, consulting hours and evening services
- tasking per person per half of the day
- presentation per group: present, agriculture, companion, everybody
- each appointment shows the name of the person who arranged or changed the appointment

Pharmacy management
Most of the veterinary practices lack an adequate electronic pharmacy management system. AdminDAP offers the easy way to manage your pharmacy ordering.

The program handles which article should be ordered at which supplier. Adding an order, all data on the article are on screen. A different article number for an other supplier is possible. Agreements with the supplier are recorded per article and per supplier. The ordering screen shows the order costs, and the total order costs for the given supplier.
Per article the turnover per unit of time is recorded. In this way, and based on losses of interest and quantity profits, an actual ordering advice is calculated for each article. Time has shown a more adequate pharmacy management and less of losses due to expiry dates.
When ordering by telephone or fax client number and telephone or fax number are shown. When ordering by telephone you can easily record if an article is suppliable, immediate or later, or not suppliable. After receiving the order you mark te received articles, putting the order in archive.
Animal health
