This Windows program administrates and registers the findings in post mortem examination in poultry. It is particularly meant for slaughter poultry, but it can also be used in breeding poultry. It documents your findings in an easy way, composing a report, which can be send to printer or facsimile.

Next to general information like the names of the farmer and the vet, poultry house, herd size and herd age, number of chickens examined you only need to indicate the number of chickens having a certain abnormality. The abnormalities are divided in several body parts like respiratory tract, guts, locomotion head and neck, and so on. Bacteriological examination, including the sensitivity for antibiotics, and microscopic examination for Eimeria can be documented. The program will help you making the right conclusion and advice for treatment by presenting an examination summary and a (careful) conclusion. The conclusion can be modified.

Examinations per poultry house and per vet can be reviewed.

You can define the layout of the prints and indicate a copy for other advisors.
